Dates for Fall Clean-Up 2020: August 20-25
All participants must arrive on August 20th
Fall Clean-Up Check-In is on the front porch of Weld Hall from 9:00am to 8:00pm (check out Dorm Crew Maps below). The easiest way to find Weld is to enter the Yard via Johnston Gate, which is accessed via the “Harvard Yard” exit from the Harvard Square T stop. When you pass through Johnston Gate, the John Harvard Statue will be in front of University Hall, a white brick directly across the Yard from you. Weld Hall is the red brick building immediately to the right of University Hall. Greeters for Dorm Crew as well as the other pre-orientation programs will be around to provide directions. When you arrive at registration, you should have your hiring paperwork and original Social Security card available on-hand. After we complete your hiring paperwork, you will receive keys to your Dorm Crew housing and our captains will help you move your belongings to your dorm.
First-years who successfully submitted a picture for their Harvard ID card can pick it up at the security desk in the atrium of the Science Center. Students must have a current, government-issued photo ID in order to pick up their Harvard ID card. The security desk is staffed 24/7 so students will be able to pick up their cards after regular business hours. If you are unable to pick up an ID from the Science Center, further assistance can be provided by ID services, which is located on the 8th floor of the Smith Center and is open from 8am to 5pm.
